Gustavo Vera is a Chemical Industrial Engineer with 28 years of experience in operations. Gustavo began his career in Mexico working for the Quo group, before joining the Controlled Environment Agriculture industry for the past 16 years where he has had the opportunity to lead operations across North America. During his career, Gustavo has worked for large industrial and CPG groups in Canada, USA, and Mexico.
Gustavo is passionate about human development and creating high-performance teams. For fun, Gustavo enjoys reading, hiking, and is a fan of Formula 1 motorsports. He has been married to his wife, Raquel, for 26 years and father of two amazing women.
